Laura Bourne, a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Sony Pictures Entertainment, manages interview logistics and collaborates with Sony’s Emerging Talent Program. With prior experience at Skydance Animation, she supports recruiters and contributes to recruitment processes. In her free time, she enjoys window shopping, catching up on shows, and exploring new coffee shops!
