Whitney Hii

許善恩
Community Chair

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Pronunciation: wit-nee he
What I Do: Community Development & Care, Events Coordination & Studio Partnerships
What I Am: Proud First-generation Chinese-American, Professional Binge-Watcher

Whitney is currently a student at Azusa Pacific University majoring in Animation and Visual Effects. Her interest in pursing a career in visual development, with an emphasis on environments, props, and color design, stems from her love of anything and everything Pixie Hollow-related and newer inspirations such as Frozen II and Klaus.

With a passion for visual and diverse storytelling, Whitney hopes to one day inspire others as she has been inspired to tell the stories of those whose stories need to be heard. During the summer, Whitney can be found directing crafts for her home church's VBS program, and most recently, she participated in illustrating for a children's book about Frontier People Groups.
During her free time, you can find Whitney scribbling away in a sketchbook or bullet journal, watercoloring, publishing comics, and card-making. Other non-artistic hobbies include professionally binge-watching Asian dramas and making herself endless amounts of shaved ice.

Fun fact: Whitney sticks the fortunes from fortune cookies on her wall alongside her collection of art prints and posters.
