Kanishka is a dedicated and passionate professional in the animation and creative arts industry, with a strong background in both administrative roles and hands-on creative projects. Currently serving as the Director of Regional Programs for Asians in Animation, this role has honed Kanishka's abilities in organisation and communication, ensuring the smooth operation within the organisation.

Kanishka's creative journey began with studying live-action film, but her strong passion for animation soon led her to realise that set life was not for her. Transitioning into the animation industry, Kanishka has worked as a storyboard artist for advertisements and films. She has also excelled as an illustrator, animator, and editor, contributing to various animation projects. In addition to her animation work, Kanishka has experience in art direction and has served as a director's assistant for live-action productions. Her love for storytelling has steered her into making comics and developing storyboards, allowing her to bring captivating narratives to life through her artistic talents.
