As Production Management Lead at Asians in Animation, Shivani is responsible for managing project requests and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery. She collaborates closely with Production Coordinators to secure resources, oversees schedules to keep projects on track, and works with the Director of Marketing Communication to align production timelines with distribution goals. Shivani thrives on supporting her team by providing clarity and resources that enable successful project outcomes.

Shivani joined Asians in Animation in 2024 as a Production Coordinator on the 4P Program Tea Leaves: The Last and shortly thereafter began her journey in the Communications department at the start of 2025. She is also a participant in the 2025 Development Lab as a Production Assistant.

Outside of AIA, Shivani served as a Production Intern at Skydance Animation, where she supported the feature film pipeline. Based in San Francisco, she earned her MFA in Animation and Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University, where she helped produce several short films across 2D, 3D, and stop motion. She is passionate about collaborative storytelling and building systems that help creative teams do their best work.

Beyond production, Shivani loves baking, hiking, and collecting National Park visits — always on the lookout for a new recipe to try or a trail to explore.
