Rie KogaHead of Story
Rie Koga spent seven years in Japan's animation and video game industry before moving to the US in 2011. She started working as a storyboard artist on the Nickelodeon TMNT (2012) series and later became an episode director. She was nominated for an Outstanding Main Title and Graphic Design as part of the crew. Rie continued her career on action-comedy series such as Voltron:
Legendary Defender at DreamWorks TV, and Big Hero 6 at Disney TVA. She joined Netflix Animation and served as Sequence Director on the Annie and Emmy winning Series, Maya and the Three. Later, she stepped into the role of Head of Story for her very first feature film, ULTRAMAN: RISING. She is now storyboard directing on Tales Of The TMNT series at Nickelodeon. She makes comics and crafts in her spare time such as puppets and silly stuff. |
