The 2023 Asians in Animation (AIA) Career Summit, held virtually from December 2nd to 30th, offered a comprehensive month of career development for over 1000 attendees. Featuring over 55 events across multiple time zones, the free summit provided workshops, presentations, demos, portfolio reviews, and networking opportunities led by industry professionals and AIA leaders. The summit's mission: to equip attendees with essential knowledge, mentorship, and tools for success in the animation industry, going beyond traditional animation school curricula.
